Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A: You will receive an order confirmation via email. 

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my online order? A: Yes. Please contact us via email or phone to cancel an order within 24 hours.

Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Delivery of in stock items will take a maximum of 14 days. Please make sure that the access for your item is wide enough to accommodate delivery, delivery charges will apply if this is not the case.

Delivery of out of stock items can take up to 8-10 weeks based on cleared funds.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Click on the Track Your Order  tab and log into your account. If you do not have an account with us then enter your email address and order number to find the status of your order.

Q: What if I place an order and CFUK doesn't have the item in stock?
A: If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email and be refunded for your purchase. You can also check the status online by clicking the Track Your Order  tab and logging in using your email address and order number. 

Q: How can I find a CFUK product I am looking for?
A: You may use the search button to find a particular product. If there is something you would like that you cant see please email or call us with your inquiry.


Q: How do I place an order?
A:Shopping at is a fast and secure process. When you have found a product that you wish to buy, just click on the ‘buy' icon to add it to your order (you will not have committed to buy at this stage).

Q: What forms of payment are accepted? currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Paypal, Bank Transfers and Postal Cheque.


Q: What happens if I don't like the furniture? A:We recognise that one of the problems about buying furniture without seeing it is that you can't try it out first. That's why we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee, so that if you wish to return your items for whatever reason then you may do so within 14 days. (Delivery costs cannot be refunded)


Q: What happens if the furniture is faulty? A:In the extremely unlikely event of there being a fault with your furniture you can either exchange it for new or return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
